In addition to his CFO advisory work, Kit serves as a Partner at the Bristol Group, a boutique lower middle‑market M&A advisory firm, where he continues to guide clients through successful exits to private equity, corporate acquirers, and search funds.
Earlier in his career, Kit worked at large accounting and consulting firms, primarily advising private equity groups across a range of transaction and consulting engagements — experience that continues to shape his approach to value creation and deal advisory today.
He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations, and is the co-author of Success Mindsets — a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling book.
He serves on multiple boards, volunteers actively in his community, and lives in Dallas with his wife and two young children.
